For those that are confident that they can follow a training plan without support, or are looking to spend a bit less, then this could be a good option for you. For my one-off training plans, I’ll prepare these for you for a specified time period (minimum three months), in the build up to a race.

Your training plan will be sent out in one go and will include full details of how to do the training sessions, and additional information on race day preparation and strength and conditioning work to maintain good technique. The only thing it won’t do is have ongoing support from me throughout the plan. If you feel like you’d want more support, you’re better off going for one of my fully supported training plans.
Assessment of current fitness levels, plus discussion on pace judgement, key technique points and race goals, via email/phone/Skype. Optional video assessment.
An individually tailored day by day schedule for you to follow. Full details of your training set out for you, and information on how to pace each of your runs.
Advice on running technique. Exercises and drills to help to improve your strength and mobility, to make you a better runner and prevent injury.
