One to One Coaching

Tailored to your goals

Book face to face coaching sessions to get individual coaching and advice that is fully tailored to you. Sessions cover training programmes, running technique, core strength work, as well as nutrition and injury prevention.

Hit your targets

Face to face coaching sessions can take place on either an individual or small group basis. Sessions usually last one hour and these can be held as regularly as you need, though most people tend to opt for either one per week or one per month. Face to face sessions will normally be accompanied by a full day by day training plan and constant e-mail support. There is no tie in, but I would suggest a minimum programme of three months, to give enough time to see some results at the end of it. I can also offer specialist one-off sessions if there is a particular element of your running that you want advice on.

Flexible and Adaptable

As a running coach, the emphasis is always going to be on running, but this does not mean that it’s the only thing I can cover. There is no fixed schedule – I will let you be my guide as to what you want to get out of the sessions and your overall goals, but there are a number of things we can look at and cover within the sessions. Core strength training

Becoming a good runner does not just involve running. I can teach you numerous exercises and drills that will help to improve your core strength, which should in turn make you a better runner.

Whether you're a busy parent trying to fit running into your life, or a mum to be trying to stay in shape, I can prepare a package to suit your needs.
