Face to Face Sessions

If you want to meet with me in East London for a more detailed assessment of your fitness or a technique analysis, then I offer a limited number of face to face sessions, usually held in either the Olympic Park or Victoria Park in east London. A face to face session usually lasts an hour and can incorporate running drills, technique assessment, pace judgement and future training advice.


For a special occasion or a gift, I also offer bespoke experience days. These are good if you’re looking for a gift for an individual, couple or small group, or if you’re looking for some more in depth advice on your running. They can make a really great day out, and include:


  • Welcome chat over a tea/coffee
  • Discussion of your aims for the day and the future
  • Running technique analysis
  • Pace judgement work
  • Running drills and mobility
  • Nutrition planning
  • Future action planning and goal setting


I usually hold these in the Olympic Park, in East London so you’ll be in a pretty inspiring setting too!
