I offer a range of coaching options to help you improve your running and meet your goals for your next race.
All of my training plans are personalised, based on your current fitness levels, abilities and goals. These can be as varied as being able to complete a 5k race, to running a PB in the marathon or completing your first ultra. I place a strong focus on training being achievable and realistic, so that it fits in to the rest of your routine. I also believe in addressing problems with technique early on, and help clients to be more efficient with their running form, in order to run faster and reduce the risk of injury.
A training plan will give you a day by day breakdown of the training that you should be doing, as well as additional advice on strength and mobility work. With the premium package, I will fully review your plan each month. You will also have the ability to feed back to me how your training has been going on a regular basis, with unlimited e-mail access and a monthly scheduled phone call to ensure that any more complex queries are dealt with and you keep your training on track.
